
Designed for Young Athletes: Built specifically for kindergarten through 3rd graders, each track (Next Level, and Game Ready) introduces age-appropriate skill work in a fun, encouraging environment.
5-Week Program: A focused training experience with weekly 45-minute sessions designed to fit busy family schedules while delivering measurable progress.
Skill Development at Its Best: Players will develop essential basketball fundamentals such as dribbling, passing, finishing, and footwork, while also focusing on improving coordination, balance, agility, and overall body control - key building blocks for young athletes.
Engaging Community: Kids and parents stay connected through our community - where questions, progress updates, and encouragement are shared.
Celebrating Growth: At the end of each program, players receive a graduation certificate recognizing their hard work and development.

Who Can Join: Boys and girls in 1st through 3rd grade - grouped by grade level Building blocks (1–2nd), and Skill Boosters(2nd–3rd).
Program Length: Each track runs in a 5-week cycle, providing consistent training and measurable growth within a flexible family-friendly schedule.

Cost: $125 for the 5-week program, including access to all exclusive features.
Homework and Accountability: Each week, players receive short, fun at-home assignments to reinforce what they’ve learned. Completing assignments and checking in earns points, rewards, and keeps kids motivated to improve.
Next Steps After Graduation: After completing a 5-week program, players move up to the next track - continuing their journey toward total confidence and skill. Between sessions, families stay connected through the Hested Hoops-Kids community for updates and support.
